Kelowna Mountain is located in the heart of the sought after Upper Mission neighborhood and minutes to the new K-8 Chute lake Elementary school.

Kelowna Mountain consists of two large holdings of land.  The first parcel is a 36 acre piece that consists of Upper Mission Estates phase one and Monto Grigio phase two and three.
