| Kelowna Mountain, one of the most sought after communities in North America, is being developed by Mark Consiglio and Nicola Consglio of Ideas Designs. After a lot of time considering what people are looking for in a master-planned community, Ideas Designs set out to create a new type of residential resort living at Kelowna Mountain.
Community Involvement
Over the past few years, Kelowna Mountain has been a keen community supporter. Ideas Designs understands how important it is to not only fit in to the surrounding neighbourhood and city but also to choose to support as many local charitable causes as possible.
Currently, Kelowna Mountain is the main sponsor of the wildly popular "Homes for the Holidays" fundraiser for the Rotary Centre for the Arts. The sponsorship role is for the next three seasons.
Kelowna Mountain is also the main local sponsor of the B.C. Cancer Foundation’s "Tour of Courage" fundraiser featuring Lance Armstrong, also a three season commitment. The September 22nd event had its start line at Kelowna Mountain.
